Health Republic Branding

challenge : launch Health Republic in three different markets (New Jersey, New York, Oregon) with a common experience and provide a unified purchase path for the insurance product. Also provide a reactive solution, because business often changed due to rulings on the Obama Health Care initiative.

action : Working with an Agile sprint team the UX was done in consecutive releases, this allowed for a ready way to respond to business rules changes. Working with the marketing teams from each company came up with a framework to present brand experience

result : Probably most useful for the project was creating a common buiying experience that was able to adapt to the business needs of each market. Each state's insurance market had different laws & market conditions that determined how insurance could be sold to individuals
